WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy that starts from the moment you purchased from our physical retail store or received your shipment from online purchasing. Proof of receipt in forms of screenshots or photos have to be provided in cases where the item has been damaged, stained, or the wrong order has been shipped. A full refund will be given once proven valid and we will send you a code to be provided to our staff upon return.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, we do not have gift cards at the moment. For more suggestions and feedback, please contact us and we will take note of it!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa are accepted for payment online. In our physical retail store, you can choose to pay by cash or credit card.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been made, we will process it as soon as possible and have it delivered to you. A reference number will be given at point of purchase after payment has been made, and you can use it to track your order.

MY REFUND REQUEST IS NOT APPROVED, WHY?

There are a few cases where we do not allow a refund, such as: a customer ordered the wrong item and claimed a wrong shipment has been made, or insufficient proof that the item has been damaged upon delivery, etc.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PROVIDE CONVINCING PROOF FOR A REFUND?

We suggest that you can take pictures or film a video once you have received your parcel, unboxing process so that we can make sure that the product is indeed damaged or sent wrongly.
